The change of the increase way of economic, the development of lifelong education, the development of the 3rd industrial revolution, all of them have provided a new opportunity to develop our vocational training. The skill training is evolving into all civil lifelong training, more opening and individuation. The vocational training of senior and new technical talents is a kind of vocational education activities, which training the talents who master the skill that it adapts the requirement of the times, full future and knowledge denseness.Nowadays, enterprises in our country are hard up the senior and new technical talents, the skilled workers educational level is senior high school mostly, and about 60% of them are male. The requirement rate of the senior technical talents is over 1 in the skilled workers market. However, the development of vocational training does not work efficiently because of that the number of training institution is not enough, the training quality is ragged, and there is few students choose vocational training before they find jobs.The senior and new technical talents in the information society are supposed to have the following diathesis: the body diathesis, the vocational skill diathesis, the vocational morality diathesis, the basic culture diathesis, psychology diathesis and the innovation ability. A society can obtain its senior and new technical talents through the following ways: education and training in enterprise, higher vocational education, school -enterprise training and senior and new technical training. Senior and new technical training has many characteristics, such as short period, adaptability and practicability, which let it be a kind of important training ways.The teaching implement of the traditional mode of vocational training is depend on the knowledge system, which leads to many disadvantage, such as its teaching idea is drop behind, its specialty setting lose agility. The thesis holds the opinion that we should use the foreign mode of training for reference;follow the matter of fact, so we can construct our country' s mode of senior and new technical training in practice, that is aim leading training mode. The skilled workers training in mechanical engineering should also use the CBE mode and our "deep foundation, optional module" for reference, and we should train skilled workers with enterprise together. In the aim leading training mode, it focus to cultivate students vocation ability, and we should actualize training through integrating the students characteristics, the condition of training school, our economy condition and the characteristics of the senior and new technical training.The characteristics of NC machining and mould design and fabricate specialty include technology advanced, practice, etc. Its training teaching shows the following characteristics: practice, abstract and costly. Student enroll in this specialty requires math foundation, logics and other abilities. In the aim leading training mode, The way of vocational training of the NC machining and mould design and fabricate specialty should follow the generic vocational training rules, and also, it should consider the requirement which senior and new technical enterprise asks for skilled workers, then we can make the training object, formulate the training teaching plan, develop curriculum and actualize the training.
