Research On Prevention And Treatment Of Large Area Flight Delay In Civil Airport

Since the 21st century,the economy of China has developed more and more rapidly.The reform and opening up has continued to deepen.The disposable income of residents has continued to grow.People’s life has continued to improve.At the same time,civil aviation industry has also been fully developed and improved.As an advanced and important mode of transportation,civil aviation flight has incomparable advantages of convenience,speed and comfort than highway,railway and sea transportation,and has become the first choice for many travelers.However,with the rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry and the continuous growth of passenger throughput,large-scale flight delays at airports often occur,which has brought many impacts on the healthy and orderly development of China’s civil aviation industry.At the same time,due to many units involved in the delayed disposal,large scope,unclear division of tasks and responsibilities,long disposal time,complex disposal situation and other reasons,the disposal is often not timely and in place,which not only affects the safety and security operation of the civil aviation industry,affects the image of China’s civil aviation industry,but also causes some negative effects on the airport and the local government where the airport is located influence.This paper analyzes and studies the cases of large-scale flight delays in W Airport in recent five years,and uses Norman Augustine’s six stage crisis management model to analyze the problems existing in the six stages of prevention,preparation,confirmation,control,resolution and summary of large-scale flight delays in W Airport,and find out the reasons.In view of the responsibilities of air traffic control,airlines,airports,airport public security bureau and other relevant security units in civil airports when a large area of flight delay,the improvement measures for prevention and treatment are put forward.This paper analyzes and studies the handling cases of large-scale flight delays in W airport in recent five years,and uses Norman Augustine’s six stage crisis management model to analyze the problems existing in the six stages of prevention,preparation,confirmation,control,solution and summary of large-scale flight delays in W airport,and find out the reasons.In view of the responsibilities of air traffic control,airlines,airports,Airport Public Security Bureau and other relevant security units in the case of large-scale flight delays in civil airports,the paper puts forward the improvement measures for prevention and disposal: first,increase investment in the prevention stage of large-scale flights to improve the prevention ability;Second,in the preparation stage of large-scale flight delay,improve the emergency response plan and improve the drill level;Third,improve the confirmation means of large-scale flight delay to improve the accuracy and scientificity of early warning;Fourth,improve the ability of handling large area flight delays by improving the support capacity;Fifth,improve the relevant laws and improve the quality of passenger service;Sixth,strengthen the record summary and implement effective reward and punishment mechanism.
