Generally speaking,that the ownership and management rights of listed companies are separated results in the principal-agent conflict to some extent.At this time,listed companies often adopt the way of equity incentive to reduce the conflict of interest between them as much as possible,improve the company's performance.In terms of company performance,XX company's profitability,growth ability and employees' ability to create value for the company are lower than the comparable companies and the average level of industry.In terms of employee loyalty,the salary level,job satisfaction and tenure of management of XX company are all at a low level.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance both the performance of the company and employee loyalty through equity incentive.Aiming at the dimension of performance improvement,this paper adopts the method of restricted stock for incentive,and carries out common assessment through comprehensive indicators and growth indicators.In view of the dimension of improving employee loyalty,the factors affecting employee loyalty,such as working years,position and work performance,are fully considered in this paper when equity share is given,so as to achieve the purpose of improving employee loyalty.The specific equity incentive plan is divided into two phases.The first phase takes into account the impact of covid-19 epidemic.In the equity incentive plan for 2020-2021,the main part is mainly based on the comprehensive index assessment,whose standard is not harsh.It is mainly to protect performance and enhance employee loyalty.The second phase is after the end of covid-19(2022-2023),when the company is in the stage of pursuing rapid growth of performance.At this stage,growth indicators are incorporated into the performance assessment.At the same time,the number of stock incentives in the second phase accounts for more,so as to achieve the goal of rapid growth of the company's performance.The equity incentive design scheme in this paper takes into account covid-19,employee loyalty,corporate performance improvement and other factors.Through the analysis of the expected effect,this paper believes that this scheme can achieve the goal of improving both the performance and employee loyalty of XX company,which is of guiding and reference significance to the enterprises in the middle of the home appliance industry.
