Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,and all kinds of enterprises have sprung up like mushrooms.With the improvement of the quality of life of our residents,people's travel patterns are also changing.Nowadays,more and more people choose to fly in order to improve their travel efficiency.Airlines are developing,growing and competing in this context.more and more intense.As the fundamental of enterprise competition,talent competition determines the development prospects of enterprises to a large extent.Therefore,if enterprises want to survive in the increasingly competitive market and achieve long-term development,they must give full play to every employee in the enterprise.Strength,together to promote the competitiveness of enterprises.Enhancing employee engagement is an effective way to motivate employees and exert their strength,and is also an important basis for strengthening the core competitiveness of the enterprise market.This article takes DH airline as an example,using literature research method,case analysis method,investigation analysis method,statistical analysis method to study,according to Gallup's engagement degree theory,incentive theory,etc.,combined with DH company characteristics from work input,company identification And the emotional attribution of the three aspects of design engagement questionnaire,through the expert meeting method to determine the weight,with the help of the human resources department,in the company WeChat group to issue questionnaire links,lasted 2 months full participation in the survey,in 1862 valid questionnaires On the basis of the reliability and validity test,the degree of engagement is calculated.Through the comparative analysis of the engagement degree of each dimension,find the point of discovery of the degree of engagement,and clarify the driving factors of the improvement of engagement.Finally,from the three aspects of improving leadership style,improving incentive effectiveness,and strengthening corporate culture,DH airlines proposed to promote the professionalism of DH airlines,hoping to effectively promote the long-term stable development of DH airlines,and also hopeto learn from other companies.
