With the development of society and the advancement of people's thinking,driving skill is no longer a traditional way of employment in the early days of reform and opening up,and the fact that everyone holds a driving license is already a major trend.Driving school,as an institution that enables people to master driving skills,teach people to drive safely and get acknowledge of various traffic laws and theoretical knowledge,has gradually become an indispensable training unit for people to obtain driving licenses.In recent years,due to the influence of the driving environment,the development of driving school has shifted from “demand exceeds supply” to oversupply.The most obvious manifestation of this stage is that the oversupply of the driving industry is difficult to be digested in the short term.The way of waiting for the customers to come cannot meet the needs of the current market development any longer.Business operations have lit up the red light of early warning.Under the big industry environment,changing the thinking and optimizing the marketing model is particularly important.As a national first-class driving training school,Jiangxi blue sky driving school is a model driving school in the driving training industry.This paper takes the driving school as the research object,aiming to find the shortcomings in the current actual marketing for the driving school.At the same time,combined with the current Internet environment,this paper aims to learn and understand some advanced marketing models,explore the optimization of the marketing mode of Jiangxi Blue Sky Driving School.,open the market,broaden the marketing channels,maximize the economic benefits and solve the difficulties that are common in the marketing industry.In the research,this paper deeply analyzes the purpose and significance of the research.Through consulting a large number of references in marketing and marketing models,the ideas and main contents of this research are obtained.Secondly,through the form of field interviews,the interviews were conducted with three aspects as the main interview ideas.The interview outlines: 1.Exploring the shortcomings of the marketing model of Jiangxi Blue Sky Driving School;2.Exploring the reasons for the shortcomings of marketing model of the driving school;3.Explore the optimization of the marketing model of the company.Through the methods of literature research and interview,the author deeply understands the current situation and shortcomings of the current marketing of Jiangxi Blue Sky Driving School,and conducts a deep analysis.At the same time,the collected interview information is sorted by SWOT analysis,and analyzed and discussed from three aspects: marketing concept,marketing combination strategy and marketing process.Finally,on the basis of optimization of the marketing model of Jiangxi Blue Sky Driving School,relevant optimization suggestions are put forward.
