| The historical and cultural district is an important component unit of material cultural heritage resources,which inherits the traditional buildings,street space and historical heritage of the old city,and is an important embodiment of the city’s traditional style and local culture.The work of protecting and activating and updating the neighborhood has become one of the important measures to develop the characteristic cultural tourism and promote the development of the city economy,and at the same time,it has injected new vitality into the protection of the traditional culture of the neighborhood,the reconstruction of the life of the original residents and the rectification of the space environment.In the current historical and cultural neighborhood reality problems highlighted,urban cultural heritage resources protection situation is grim and other development context,Meizhou historical and cultural neighborhoods urgently need to solve the original residents living in sync with the rapid development of the city and other issues.Therefore,while updating the activity of the neighborhood,we should consider the emotional orientation of the original residents to the neighborhood,fully combine the material carrier and non-material culture in the block to stimulate its vitality,and then help the construction of the historical and cultural city of Meizhou in the new era.Based on Meizhou’s historical and cultural neighborhoods,this paper summarizes the protection process of the neighborhood and the spatial morphological characteristics of the neighborhoods by means of literature analysis,current situation research and case comparison.Starting from the two paths of regulation,regulation and protection concept,this paper summarizes the protection process of 3 blocks in Meizhou for nearly 30 years,analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of streets and alleys,the characteristics of the present situation and node characteristics based on the evolving characteristics of the spatial form of the block,combs out the protection path suitable for the renewal of the activity of the block,and provides a solid research foundation for the protection and activation of the historical and cultural districts of Meizhou.Combined with two typical domestic cases of activation of Guangzhou Enning Road Yongqing District and Zhoucun Ancient Mall Historic District,taking the necessity of block activation renewal as the starting point,the establishment of the principle of comprehensive micro-intervention activation and the extraction of activation elements,as the basis for the construction of this paper’s activation integrated system,and thus put forward five basic contents based on the activation of the integrated system: material carrier activation,non-material cultural activation,rectification content upgrading,value system activation and the original residents.A feasible strategy is proposed for the design of the protection and activation of Meizhou’s historical and cultural neighborhoods.The purpose of this paper is to restore and protect the material carrier of the block,the development and inheritance of Hakka culture,the upgrading of related measures to promote the development of the block,the living display of the Hakka characteristic block and the perfection of the modern life of the original residents,and highlight the traditional cultural connotation of Meizhou’s historical and cultural district,and provide guidance and help for the renewal of the neighborhood. |
