Research On Location Selection Of Indemnificatory Housing In Jiangbei New District,Nanjing

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,more and more people are gathering in cities,which leads to the increasing demand for housing.In order to alleviate the diversified housing demand of urban residents and improve the urban housing supply system,the state has repeatedly put forward the housing security system of "living with housing".Among them,the construction and development of indemnificatory housing has a certain role in alleviating the housing difficulties of low-income people,so the research on the related issues of indemnificatory housing in China has gradually increased.However,the domestic research on indemnificatory housing focuses too much on the macro level of construction layout and construction development,while the lack of research on the micro level of construction management and site selection implementation results in unsatisfactory actual construction effect of indemnificatory housing.As the13 th National level new area established by the State Council in 2015,Jiangbei new area of Nanjing is still in a rapid development stage in terms of economic development,housing supply and public resource supporting.Therefore,it has the characteristics of large demand and strong plasticity in the construction of indemnificatory housing.Based on the above background,this paper intends to analyze the location of indemnificatory housing in Jiangbei new area,Nanjing.To sort out and summarize the analysis methods,selection of evaluation indicators and quantitative research of evaluation indicators at home and abroad.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the current situation of indemnificatory housing location and the characteristics of the reasonable location of indemnificatory housing,and constructs the location model of indemnificatory housing.On this basis,through the collation of relevant literature and the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of specific analysis methods,AHP and GIS spatial analysis methods are selected and the influencing factors of affordable housing location are establishedBased on the evaluation model of indemnificatory housing site selection constructed above,the weight of each site selection influencing factor is determined by AHP,and the influencing factor of indemnificatory housing site selection in Jiangbei new area of Nanjing is quantified by GIS spatial analysis method.Finally,the shape of the drawing directly shows the evaluation diagram of the suitability of indemnificatory housing site selection in Jiangbei new area of Nanjing.Combined with the evaluation results of location selection of indemnificatory housing in Jiangbei new district,Nanjing,the author puts forward the optimization strategy of location selection of indemnificatory housing planning from the aspects of combination with relevant urban planning,connection with public transport,improvement of public service facilities and appropriate surrounding the construction of Industrial Park,hoping to provide certain research basis for the subsequent research on location selection of indemnificatory housing.The full text is about 50000 words,32 figures,and 24 tables.
