Research On The Quality Management Evaluation Of The Affordable Housing Projects

With the high-quality and stable development of China’s economy,the urbanization construction continues to expand,and the transformation process of the old city is accelerated.As the affordable housing of the government,the construction scale of affordable housing has been continuously expanded in recent years,and the construction quality of housing is closely related to the safety of people’s lives and property.Therefore,the quality management of housing engineering is also widely concerned by the society and can not be ignored.This study is based on quality management theory,hierarchical analysis(AHP),fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other related theories and tools,the integrated use of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and related research methods,construct the evaluation index and model of the affordable housing project quality management,and study the quality management problems of Y company.first,Based on the review of the corresponding journals at home and abroad,Explain the quality management of the whole process of Y company’s affordable housing project;next,The selection principle,method and process of the quality management evaluation index of the affordable housing project are determined,To construct the evaluation index model using AHP,And the quality management of the fuzzy degree of comprehensive evaluation and analysis;once more,Analyze the evaluation results of quality management and existing problems of Y company’s affordable housing project,To study the quality management of the starting,planning,implementation,monitoring and closing process of affordable housing projects;last,Based on the whole process of project quality management,Implement the specific quality management and improvement strategy of Y Company’s affordable housing project,Clarify the quality management requirements and measures at each stage.The results of this study have a positive impact on the quality management of affordable housing projects of Y Company,and provide reference for the governance behavior of local government and the quality management decision of affordable housing,as well as for the quality management research of other housing projects of the same type.
