Investigation And Study On The Environment Landscape And Greening Landscape Reconstruction Of The Resettlement Housing Community In Nanjing City

With the development of society,people’s living standard is improving day by day,and the requirement of living quality and living environment is also increasing.The resettlement houses are the product of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the early stage of construction,due to lack of funds and imperfect construction,people often neglect the importance of the greening of the resettlement houses for demolition and resettlement.So far,there are many greening problems in the development of many residential areas,for example,the low rate of plant greening,green infrastructure is not perfect,poor environmental governance residential area,residents destroy green vegetables,private courtyard and a series of problems.The Greening Construction and reconstruction of resettlement houses have important social value and important social significance,which plays an extraordinary role in satisfying the needs of residents and promoting the city image.This paper probes into the problems through the methods of field investigation,questionnaire investigation and literature research.Firstly,by using the method of literature investigation,the author understands the requirements and current situation of afforestation construction in resettlement residential areas at home and abroad,and probes into the relevant knowledge,then,by using the method of field survey and questionnaire survey,this paper probes into the greening landscape of the old resettlement houses and the newly-built resettlement houses in Nanwanying community of Qixia district,Nanjing,and analyzes the existing problems and the solutions.Finally,it is the micro-renewal greening transformation scheme design of Xinkangyuan community in Nanwan Ying.This article is divided into three parts:First:Literature Review and the analysis of relative noun concept definition.Including the current situation at home and abroad as well as the demolition of resettlement houses,residential green space type of the definition of analysis,to provide a theoretical basis for the writing of the paper.Second:through the method of on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey,this paper summarizes the existing greening problems of 5 old resettlement houses and 1 newly-built Resettlement House in Nanwanying Community of Qixia district,Nanjing,the main problems are the lack of chloroplastida and maintenance,the occupation and destruction of green space,the small outdoor activity space and inadequate supporting facilities,the lack of plant landscaping features and beauty.The main reasons for this phenomenon are:The limitations of the development of the Times,the particularity of the nature of residents,the limited construction funds and inadequate pre-design,poor management of residential property.Third:Empirical Part,the South Bay Camp Xinkangyuan community,because residents "destroyed green vegetables" often appear neighborhood disputes,12345 hotline complaints,social conflicts highlighted.In order to improve the living environment,reduce neighborhood disputes,take the small cost,the big happiness as the objective,take the micro-renewal as the turning point,through the afforestation transformation,leads the area resident to participate in the community autonomy,enhances the resident happiness and the satisfaction.The Green Construction of resettlement houses is related to thousands of families,which is not only a job of housing,but also a project of benefiting the people,and can improve the image of the city,to reduce the collar disputes,small cost,big happiness as the purpose,to micro-update as an opportunity to stimulate the residents’enthusiasm for life,leading the autonomy of the area residents,the commission of happiness and satisfaction.
