In recent years,China’s economy is gradually changing from an extensive development route to a high-quality development route that enhances corporate efficiency.Under this new situation,outside environment of construction enterprise rely for survival has change more complex,and future development is geting more and more difficult to predict and control.Therefore,for Chinese construction companies,it is necessary to adopt countermeasures to integrate existing resources and continuously enhance their core competitiveness by improving their operations,management,human resources,and financial capabilities,in order to remain invincible under the new situation.Since the integration and reorganization of Yunnan Construction and Investment Holding Group CO.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "Yunnan Construction Investment")in 2016,it has been placed high hopes by the Yunnan Provincial Government,and has undertaken the important mission of integrating the development of the construction industry in Yunnan Province and building a world-class enterprise.However,with the continuous increase in the total investment output and operating income of Yunnan Construction,enterprises are also encountering problems such as low asset quality,weak asset efficiency and profitability,backward economic growth methods,and single source of business income.Prominent issues that constitute obstacles.This paper aims to find out the gap between Yunnan Construction Investment and other advanced building company by establishing the core competitiveness evaluation system of China’s advanced building company.Efforts to put forward suggestions to enhance the core competition of Yunnan Construction Investment.This article first introduces the research status of at home and abroad,and combines the characteristics of the construction industry to construct an evaluation system for the core competitiveness of China’s advanced construction enterprises.Then we selected the top 30 domestic advanced construction companies as samples,and used factor analysis to find the public factors representing the core competitiveness of advanced construction companies in terms of operating capabilities and asset management capabilities,and calculated advanced construction companies Based on the scores and rankings of various indicators,the gap between Yunnan Construction Investment.and other advanced construction companies is found.Finally,this article proposes the core competitiveness promotion tactics of Yunnan Construction Investment from the aspects of operating ability,technological innovation ability,project management and control ability,investment and financing ability,and human management ability.
