Enterprise Competitiveness Factors Study Of Construction Project Comprehensive Evaluation

According to 2000-2013 statistics show: construction output from 1.2498 trillion to 15.9313 trillion, the annual growth rate about11.7%. Construction market has been rapid development from reform and opening, Project bidding has been widely applied as the main trading of construction market, but there are also many problems in the construction project bidding process.The study based on the above-mentioned problems in the construction market, to explore China’s construction market current situation of enterprise competitiveness factors in evaluation session, and trying to provided new ideas to resolve the contract disputes, unfair competition and other claims and economic sustainability issues caused by price-oriented competition through enterprises competitiveness theory. To achieve the purpose, firstly, summarized the enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system based on enterprise competitiveness theory. Then collected 163 construction tender documents used integrated evaluation method as samples, extracted 34 evaluation factors by content analysis method, recognized 16 enterprise competitive factor, and make basic statistics analysis and use data processing software such as SPSS, Origin for further analysis about enterprise competitiveness factors scores. The study found, increasing investigated the non-price competition factors of enterprises competitiveness investigated for promoting the rationalizing development of construction market competition plays an important role; By the data processing found the tender are more one-sided investigation of enterprise competitiveness factors,which is not conducive to select the most competitive partners; Analysis that the enterprise competitiveness factor scores presented lognormal law, indicating the tender set scores of enterprises competitiveness were low on the overall, price-oriented competition issues seriously; Finally, the tender biased in favor of the ability theory school point, so proposal the bidder to enhance their ability to improve their competitiveness advantage.Significance of the study one hand lies explain the positive effect of enterprise competitiveness factors on the construction market, provide the basis for future scholars research how to promote the construction industry sustainable development from the perspective of competitive factors;On the other hand, objective analysis of the current situation and distribution of enterprise competitiveness factors, not only provide a reference for the tender to make a perfect competition rules, but also provide direction for the bidder to improve their competitive.
