The research on the core competitiveness of construction enterprises is still in its infancy in China.Studying the core competitiveness of construction enterprises is helpful to improve the strategic management level of China's construction enterprises and realize the optimized allocation of internal and external resources.Shandong TY construction co.,ltd.is facing severe challenges from its peers and fierce market competition in the rapid development.How to establish its competitive advantage and realize its sustainable development is a problem urgently needed to be solved by the company.This article,taking the research of Shandong TY construction company core competitiveness,in finishing on the basis of related literature at home and abroad,this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of enterprise core competitive power,analyzes the similarities and differences of construction enterprises and other industries,based on this,to define and analyze the core competition of the construction company's characteristics.Using the porter "five forces" model and the SWOT analysis system to analyze the internal and external environment of the core competitiveness of the Shandong TY building,and to incorporate the existing research,it has proposed the core competitiveness of the construction enterprise and the evaluation method.Theevaluation index system contains 29 indicators in 7 aspects,including company culture,brand effect,market ability,project management ability,human resources ability,production and technological innovation ability,and financial ability.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the weights of each index are determined,and the level of core competitiveness of Shandong TY construction company is evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Based on this,the countermeasures to improve the core competitiveness of TY construction company are put forward,that is,to strengthen the enterprise culture construction,pay attention to the talent reserve of the company,pay attention to technological innovation,improve the engineering project management ability,and clarify the strategic position of the enterprise core competitiveness.This study has a guiding role in the construction and evaluation of the core competitiveness of Shandong TY construction company and a certain reference value for other enterprises to build the core competitiveness of enterprises.
