Research On Information Disclosure Of TBDG Core Competitiveness

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the government has repeatedly proposed to fully implement the new development concept of ecological civilization,strive to achieve peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.In promoting the goals of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutralization",the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is facing the challenge of transformation and upgrading of energy structure and industrial structure.TBDG complies with the trend of industry transformation,expands from traditional energy business to new energy business,and forms a "coal,electricity and silicon" circular industrial chain.The transformation and development of TBDG is of great significance.By analyzing the information disclosure of TBDG’s core competitiveness,it can help enterprises improve the problems existing in the disclosure of core competitiveness,better transmit the enterprise information to investors and provide basis for investors’ decision-making.This paper explores whether there are problems in TBDG’s core competitiveness information disclosure and what problems exist from two perspectives.The first angle is "compare with yourself" to see whether the core competitiveness disclosed by TBDG can accurately reflect its actual core competitiveness.Among them,the core competitiveness disclosed is the content disclosed by TBDG in the "analysis of core competitiveness during the reporting period" of the company’s annual report;The actual core competitiveness is obtained through the comparison between TBDG and reference enterprises.The specific methods are as follows:(1)Using text analysis to measure the information disclosure level of enterprise core competitiveness.(2)In order to judge the core competitiveness more accurately,this paper selects BBDQ,the company with the same main business and the largest enterprise value as TBDG,and compares it with TBDG,so as to obtain the actual core competitiveness of TBDG.(3)Compare the actual core competitiveness of TBDG with the disclosed core competitiveness to judge the effectiveness of TBDG’s core competitiveness information disclosure.It is found that TBDG has problems in disclosing its core competitiveness.For example,the disclosure content is not comprehensive and scattered,lack of quantitative data support,etc.The second angle is "comparison with the industry",which judges the level of information disclosure of TBDG’s core competitiveness in the industry.The specific methods are as follows:(1)Measure the degree of information disclosure of core competitiveness.Based on previous studies,this paper constructs the thesaurus of core competitiveness of electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry by using text analysis method.The "total number of vocabulary frequencies" belonging to the thesaurus in the paragraph of "core competitiveness analysis" in the annual report is taken as the information disclosure degree of core competitiveness.(2)Compare the information disclosure degree of TBDG’s core competitiveness with the industry average level.The study found that the degree of information disclosure of TBDG’s core competitiveness still needs to be improved,and the disclosure content should be more comprehensive.Based on the above analysis,this paper concludes that TBDG has problems in the disclosure of core competitiveness information: the disclosure content is too scattered;The disclosure of some core competitiveness is not comprehensive.However,there are also places worthy of reference for other enterprises,such as accurate identification of core competitiveness and information support.Therefore,the suggestions put forward for TBDG in this paper are to disclose core competitiveness information more comprehensively and collectively,and increase quantitative data support.
