The current era of material abundance has caused the public to gradually become aware of the same functions and forms. The design feels aesthetic fatigue, and tends to resonate and fit the emotional and spiritual aspects of the product.Cultural and creative products have gradually shifted from the original visual enjoyment that simply focused on traditional aesthetics to a poetic expression of artistic conception under the influence of a sense of experience and humanistic feelings, and the direction of readability. In the middle of the twentieth century,Western discourse changed from focusing solely on textual language to focusing on narrative discourse, extending from a traditional, closed and vacuumed vision to a broader vision and value orientation. As a result,post-classical narratology has entered the research category of literature and art.In the same period, the product’s one-sided emphasis on modeling performance has led to the weakening of meaning and imagination. This also makes narration as a research tool of perceptual dialogue gain a wide range of attention. Therefore, the introduction of narrative design into the design of cultural and creative products has two aspects: first, for cultural and creative products, narrative design as a perfect design thinking can build a dialogue function between people and products.,Transform the design center of the product from "thing" to "thing",and give the product a spiritual level of experience and enjoyment by digging out the psychological and emotional needs of users.Secondly, for the field of narrative design,it can enrich the connotation of narrative design and deepen and expand the application field of narratology. This article takes "telling the story of Inner Mongolia as the main theme",introduces narrative design thinking into the field of cultural and creative product design, discusses the interoperability and compatibility between narratology and cultural and creative product design from the perspective of interdisciplinary, and clarifies that narrative design is in The cultural connotation and value orientation contained in the product level.Through the four levels of "formal discourse","time dimension","story core" and "narrative behavior" in the narrative system of Genette’s structuralism, the construction of the narrative design system of cultural and creative products is explained, and the conclusion is that "combined with the context of the times" The carrier selects the narrative design method of "Linear Setting of Surface Material Interpretation","Circular Setting of Social Interaction and Identity","Matrix Setting of Intermediate Scenario Deduction",and "Composite Line Setting of Deep Artistic Conception Experience" as the next step The development of the theoretical model provided the foundation, and then based on the data analysis of the product market and consumer research, the description of the regional cultural knowledge system and the narrative theme map was carried out on the basis of the regional cultural segmentation, and the conversion from the text content to the theme was completed. Finally, the cultural and creative product design of the "Little Sisters of Prairie Heroes" under the Grassland Culture series is used for practical discussion,to shape the regional image in the process of "narration" and "events",tell the story of Inner Mongolia well, and do what you can professionally Contribute to the improvement of regional cultural soft power.
