| As the mainstay industry of China’s national economy,as well as the leader and basic industry of industrialization and urbanization,the construction industry shoulders the dual mission of social and economic development.The emergence of BIM can transform the development model of the construction industry from extensive to intensive.The purpose of this article is to study the maturity of BIM implementation capabilities of enterprises,improve the theory of BIM technology application,promote the application of BIM,promote information exchange,data sharing,and collaborative work,so as to improve the production efficiency of the construction industry in a targeted manner for enterprises,industries,and even countries.Both have some meaning.This article takes the enterprise as the research dimension,and conducts research around the evaluation of enterprise BIM implementation capability maturity.First,search through the keywords "BIM" and "maturity",collect and organize a large number of related literature,classify and explain the existing research and application of BIM maturity evaluation,establish the research framework of this article,clarify BIM and maturity The source of the evaluation,basic concepts and other relevant theoretical foundations,and the identification and analysis of the influencing factors of BIM implementation,BIM application capabilities and value,provide a reference for the selection of evaluation indicators in this article.Secondly,the literature research method and expert interview method were used to summarize and summarize the five primary indicators of environmental configuration,data capabilities,personnel organization,technical capabilities,and strategic capabilities.Initially,22 secondary indicators were selected,and then four were added based on expert opinions.Based on the indicators of China’s national conditions,an enterprise BIM implementation capability maturity evaluation index system covering 26 secondary indicators was formed.Based on this,a structural equation theoretical model of enterprise BIM implementation capability maturity evaluation was constructed,and the interaction between the five latent variables was established.Make assumptions about relationships,measurable variables,and relationships between latent variables.Third,the data was obtained through questionnaires and empirical analysis was carried out.Through the confirmatory factor analysis of the measurement model and the first-and second-order confirmatory factor analysis of the structural equations,it is shown that:(1)Each measurable variable can reflect the content and characteristics of the latent variable to which it belongs;(2)In addition to the hypothesis of positive correlation effects,the hypothesis of interrelationships between other latent variables is accepted;(3)The five latent variables have a significant positive impact on the maturity of the company’s BIM implementation capabilities,among which the data capability has the largest impact;according to the results of empirical analysis,recommendations are made for the focus of BIM application and promotion in the future.Calculate the weight of each indicator through the calculation of standardized path coefficients,and propose the setting of maturity levels,grading basis,and judgment criteria,and establish an enterprise BIM implementation capability maturity evaluation model.Finally,the applicability of the indicator system in the evaluation of BIM maturity is verified by taking the company Z as an example,and the maturity of the enterprise is effectively identified in the case study.The evaluation results show that the enterprise’s BIM implementation capability maturity is at the model level and application level And accordingly make the following recommendations:(1)Improve the BIM database and data delivery process on enterprise-level.(2)Pay attention to BIM talent reserve.(3)Implement the BIM philosophy in the enterprise. |
