The situation of safety management of the construction site is grim in our country presently.Improving the level of safety management is an effective way for the construction enterprises to reduce accidents and ensure the safety of the human beings and properties.The construction enterprises only if understand the status of their own safety management clearly and identify the defects of their safety management,can implement the improvement measures with pertinence and purposiveness.Then the level of site safety management would be enhanced ultimately.The present article based on the characteristics of the construction process,and combine theory and practice,the construction enterprise safety management maturity model for site is proposed from the process of site safety management of construction enterprises.The model is designed to help construction enterprises understand their status of site safety management,find out the shortage of management,identify the direction and focus of improvement,and formulate reasonable improvement measures.The main contents and results obtained are as follows:(1)Based on extensively reading of relevant literature,summarized the related theory of construction site safety management,hazard,maturity model,etc,and on this basis,explored the feasibility of safety management maturity model for site.(2)Established safety management maturity model for site,and the model was composed by evaluation elements,evaluation method and maturity improving order.The level of maturity was divided into five grades from immature to mature.The five grades are: Initial,Repeatable,Determination,Management and Optimizing,and characteristic of every grade is described.This provided a path of continuousimprovement for site safety management.(3)According to types of construction safety accident,the relevant laws and regulations,the common hazards of construction site,the actual situation of scene,etc,preliminary built the evaluation index system of safety management maturity for site.Using questionnaire survey method and SPSS19.0 to further analyze importance degree,dispersion degree and reliability of index,and finally a set of suitable evaluation index system is established,the system contains 12 potential indicators and 58 measurement indicators,and the selected indicators contain the various stages of the construction.(4)Analyzed and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the common methods of weighting for indicators and comprehensive evaluation,and the maturity evaluation method based on measurement model and cloud model is presented.The advantage of this method is that analyzed the correlation of the evaluation indicators and the inherent uncertainty of evaluation results,and reflected the fuzziness and the randomness of the whole process of evaluation,the information of data is expressed fully,that can effectively improve the accuracy of the result.(5)Using MATLAB to further simulate and analyze the evaluation results.This process can make the performance of the evaluation results more intuitive,concrete,and also to ensure the accuracy and consistency of evaluation results.According to the evaluation results,constructed the improvement priority matrix to analyze the improvement orders of the safety management for site.(6)The model is applied to the real construction projects,analyzed the evaluation results and proposed recommendations for improvements.The feasibility and effectiveness of the model is verified by this example.
