Building Information Modeling(BIM),a new round of breakthrough reforms in construction sector,is being used to integrate and digitize the building information for achieving effective cost and resource savings, reducing construction period, controlling financial risks and improving efficiency of management,Since resource conservation and new technologies have become increasingly demanding,BIM technology has worldwide and rapid development, and the construction phase is considered to be one of the most important phase to reflect the core values of BIM technology.BIM technology has been popularized slowly for the reason that Chinese engineers who is restricted by environmental conditions have a short period of contact with the new technology.Construction enterprises still need to consider how to integrate BIM technology to the project management, how to use BIM technology to improve the ability of coordination and management. Therefore, the study of the construction enterprise BIM application ability is particularly important. The thesis mainly includes the following contents:First,This paper analysised the current situation on the development of BIM technology in our country, and summarized the impact factors of BIM technology application in construction enterprises.Second,Using the maturity model based on the introduction of Performance Excellence Model to set up a evaluation system,Judging by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Third, discussing how to improve the maturity level of construction enterprises BIM technology applicationFinally, this article analysisd a real construction enterprise as the example, tested and verified applicability of the maturity model,to provide the decision-making reference for BIM technology application in construction enterprises.
