Research On Application Maturity Evaluation Of BIM In Construction Enterprises

The application of BIM Technology in the development of China’s construction industry is becoming more and more common.BIM Technology has the characteristics of visualization,digitization and high coordination,which can help enterprises save costs and realize fine management in the process of project management.However,the application of BIM Technology in recent years seems to be in a bottleneck period.Although the enthusiasm of BIM employees is very high,most enterprises are willing to actively use BIM Technology,However,the effect of BIM Technology in the project is poor,and even the managers of a small number of enterprises are resistant to the application of BIM Technology.By analyzing several foreign BIM Technology Application Maturity Models,this paper introduces them into the research on the application level of BIM Technology in China’s construction enterprises.By studying the application status of BIM Technology in the management process of China’s construction enterprises,this paper studies the main obstacles hindering the promotion of BIM Technology in construction enterprises,sets up the evaluation index framework based on excellent performance model,and establishes a set of index system of BIM Technology Application Maturity Evaluation model suitable for China’s large construction enterprises through theoretical analysis,questionnaire survey and other research methods,Five maturity evaluation levels are established to help enterprises clarify the BIM development stage,which can help China’s construction enterprises quickly find the obstacles to the application of BIM Technology at this stage,and promote enterprises to carry out targeted reform.Finally,this paper makes an empirical study on the case of Z enterprise,invites external experts and internal practitioners to score the BIM Technology Application of the enterprise with reference to the maturity evaluation index system,analyzes the final comprehensive score,and puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures for the improvement of BIM Technology Application,so as to verify that the evaluation method of BIM Technology Application level of construction enterprises studied in this paper is practical.It also proves that the BIM Technology Application Maturity Evaluation Model of construction enterprises studied in this paper can provide a certain reference for other construction enterprises in China,in order to promote the overall level of BIM Technology Application in China and make BIM Technology play a greater value in engineering construction.
