In the recent 20 years, architecture industry development are rapid, especially the large construction enterprises gradually increases, and the number of project gradually increases, which greatly increases the difficulty and complexity of project management, and brings new management in large construction enterprises. At present, the stage has entered a multi-project management in large construction enterprises, and the traditional organizational structure of project management has been unable to meet the needs of project management, and single project management evaluation system used before will no longer meet the needs of multi-project management.Large building construction enterprises are faced with multiple projects control problems and, therefore, how to enhance the level of project management of large construction enterprises,is needed to solve urgently. The purpose of this document is to apply Project Management Office(PMO)to the largest construction enterprise,on this basis, introduce maturity model, appraise multi-project management ability of enterprises based on the PMO,and find out their long and short boards, play to our strengths, gaps,so as to continuously improve and enhance project management and organizational skills, and achieve the core strategic objectives.First of all, from project management,PMO management, project management maturity of all three reviewed studies and summarizes content worthy of further research, points out that the research topics.Next, from the project management characteristic, the organization pattern and the appraisal system three aspects has analyzed the current large-scale construction construction enterprise project management present situation, and pointed out the multi-project management question, which caused by continuing to use the organization pattern and the appraisal system of the single project management.Third,in view of the question and the indication direction, explored methods to solve the problem. The article elaborated basic principle of the multi-project management,PMO as well as the maturityevaluation, and according to the multi-project management and the PMO theory, applies PMO in the large-scale construction construction enterprise, explained PMO in the large-scale construction construction enterprise's function, level. And constructed based on the PMO enterprise multi-project management organizational structure. In accordance with the multi-project management theory of operation of the existing maturity model for the evaluation of the Contrast, expressly use OPM3 model as the basis for the evaluation of maturity model.Based on the OPM3 model and predecessor's research results, from the business management support, the information management support, the PMO project management supported three aspects to establish the evaluation index system of project management maturity. With the method of questionnaire survey, using SPSS software for data analysis, finally determine the index system.According to the index system, established a structural equation model assumptions.Fifth, uses the AMOS software, fits model, revises unceasingly, obtained based on the PMO large-scale construction construction enterprise multi-project management maturity value structure equation formula. On the basis of OPM3 maturity model proposed the maturity of the 5 levels, and from all levels of the grade defines the characteristics and determine the quadrant analysis is used to identify the direction of maturity. Finally, take B Corporation as the case, according to structural equation to determine the weight and average from questionnaires to determine development priorities for the next phase of b company to enhance project management maturity improvement strategies.
