| In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s transportation industry has made great progress,and the importance of transportation services is increasing.As one belt,one road and one belt,one road is an important transportation hub along the Shaanxi province.It plays an irreplaceable role in transportation.The promotion of the "one belt and one road" construction has put forward new requirements for Shaanxi’s road transport and transportation,so as to seize the development opportunities.More needs to further improve the level of road transport services,which put forward higher requirements for road transport services in Shaanxi Province.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background,purpose and significance,combs the theory and research related to transportation service level,and determines the research scope and main content.Taking Shaanxi Province as an example,according to the principles of scientificity,availability,simplicity and system optimization,15 indexes of transportation capacity,transportation management,transportation guarantee and service feedback are selected,and AHP is selected to establish the evaluation model of road transportation service level in Shaanxi Province.Through comparison,the weight of each index in the index layer is obtained,according to the important process of each index The 15 indexes were ranked.Combined with the current situation of the development of road transportation service in Shaanxi Province and the results of questionnaire survey on satisfaction of road transportation service in Shaanxi Province,the comprehensive evaluation of road transportation service level in Shaanxi Province is carried out based on the four indexes of safety management,transportation scale,infrastructure and information management,which have a great impact on the development of road transportation service in Shaanxi Province.Thus,the main problems and shortcomings are found: road transportation Transportation security management is not in place,the scale of freight market is not high,infrastructure can not meet the needs of transportation services and information construction lags behind,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.According to the current situation of road transportation service in Shaanxi Province,based on the theoretical research results and advanced practical experience at home and abroad,13 specific promotion countermeasures are given from four aspects: strengthening traffic safety management,improving the scale level of freight market,accelerating infrastructure construction and vigorously developing intelligent transportation. |
