Railway hub intelligent transportation system is a significant subset of railway transportation system. Its operation organization, operation dispatching, passenger and consigner service and safety monitoring will significantly affect capacity, efficiency and safety insurance of railway hub, and are important for security and capacity coordination of line and point. Research on servive level evaluation method of railway hub intelligent transportation system is referenced of RHITS architecture, railway equipment modification and system upgrades.Firstly, based on the research situation and the concepts of ITS and RITS, this paper defines RHITS and introduces research content and technical routes.Secondly, based on the analysis of RITS architecture and the characteristic of railway hub, this paper describes RHITS service architecture. This paper states the servive level evaluation factors of RHITS and their standards from transport organization, passenger and consigner marketing and business management, and establishes evaluation index system. According to the analysis of traditional evaluation method of ITS, this paper uses the weight calculated method of AHP combined entropy, and establishes evaluation models of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and grey evaluation based on triangular whitenization weight function.Finally, based on the whole road, this paper chooses 8 representative railway hubs for a case study and draw conclusions.
