In recent years,with the development of economy and the expansion of national investment in fixed assets,and the continuous innovation of construction technology,building materials enterprises have ushered in a turning point.From the perspective of supply side,under the influence of supply-side reform,the expansion of production capacity in the building materials industry in China has been significantly restrained in the past few years,and the elimination of excess and backward production capacity has become the focus of attention.At the same time,environmental protection has been strictly controlled and industrial coordination has been continuously deepened.But at the same time,the brain drain in the building materials manufacturing industry is seriously unbalanced,especially the intensification of personnel turnover.Through the combination of practice and theory,this paper takes the employees of Hebei X Building Materials Company as samples and carries out a questionnaire survey among 146 employees of Hebei X Building Materials Company.The SPSS software was used to carry out the validity and reliability analysis of the survey results,and the analysis and summary of the survey results were carried out,and the relevant improvement measures were proposed.Taking hebei X building materials company as the research object,the integrated use of literature analysis,empirical research interviews,case analysis and other research methods,first of all,expounds the related concepts and basic theory and introduces,in the concept part respectively introduces the salary,salary satisfaction,turnover rate and turnover intention,in basic theory of double factors theory,maslow’s hierarchy of needs motivation and lewin’s field theory are analyzed in detail,and laid a good groundwork for article writing.Then,based on the basic situation of Hebei X Building Materials Company,this paper discusses the organizational structure,personnel structure,salary system and dimission situation,so as to intuitively and comprehensively show the current situation of human resource management of Hebei X Building Materials Company.On this basis,through the form of questionnaire survey,the company’s employee salary satisfaction and turnover intention of the relationship between the in-depth investigation and research,the investigation shows that there is a negative correlation between the two.In view of this research conclusion,in order to better promote the level of human resource management of Hebei X Building Materials Company,we respectively improve the salary equity of employees,do a good job in the career planning of employees,design an open salary mechanism,and establish an employee dimission warning mechanism.The above measures provide a reference and basis for other construction companies,including Hebei X Building Materials Company,to prevent staff turnover through salary mechanism.
