The sea is the characteristic of Zhoushan,the "marine economy" is the "ocean business card" of the new islands district.Moreover,the shipbuilding industry is the unshakable pillar industry of Zhoushan.As the main force of the labor market and mainstay of the shipbuilding industry,the new generation of migrant workers turn over frequently,which exerts a tremendous influence on the development of the industry.Based on domestic and foreign research,job satisfaction is an important variable affecting turnover intention.Therefore.there are three aspects that have great significance in advancing the rapid and healthy progress of the shipbuilding industry: Study the effect of job satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers in shipbuilding industry on turnover intention;Analyze the cause of the turnover intention of the stuff;Seek ways to relieve the loss of stuff.Based on the theory of job satisfaction and turnover intention,this paper,taking the migrant workers under 35 years in Zhoushan shipbuilding industry as the research object,expounds the present situation of Zhoushan shipbuilding industry development and the employment of the new generation migrant workers by means of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview procedure and statistical analysis,and designs 13 research hypotheses to demonstrate the demographic difference between job satisfaction and turnover intention,and the influence of job satisfaction and its dimensions on turnover intention: The questionnaire was mainly transmitted by WeChat questionnaire star,We obtained 300 questionnaires.After screening indicators,277 questionnaires were valid,and the recovery rate reached of 92.3%.SPSS25.0 software was used for reliability and validity analysis,descriptive analysis,ANOVA,correlation analysis,regression analysis in data analysis.The results shows that:(1)There are significant differences in the turnover intention of the new generation of migrant workers in the shipbuilding industry in terms of gender,age,education background,working years in the industry;(2)The job satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers in the shipbuilding industry is at a medium level,while the turnover intention is at a lower-middle level;(3)The job satisfaction and its dimensions have negative influence on turnover intention.Each dimension is arranged according to the function from big to small: job rewards satisfaction,interpersonal relationship satisfaction,job itself satisfaction,personal development satisfaction.According to the results of the research,some suggestions are put forward to improve the job satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers,reduce the turnover intention and provide reference for the steady development of Zhoushan shipbuilding industry,such as strengthen vocational training,attract you by career,establish a scientific salary and welfare system,pay attention to fair distribution,perfect employment mode,transform and upgrade employment mode,the occupational precaution of employees in the shipbuliding industry and do a good job in health monitoring and so on.
