| The problem of employee turnover affects the human resource management and the realization of sustainable development.Especially in the era of knowledge economy,enterprise employees,as the owners of knowledge and key technologies,play an important role in the development of enterprises.The ability and contribution of core employees in the process of sustainable value creation of enterprises are obvious to all.The harm caused by employee turnover changes the traditional competitive pattern of enterprises and makes the operating crisis and management crisis of enterprises more direct.In this paper,the main line of research is to put forward the problem,analyze the problem and solve the problem.In the part of putting forward problems,the concept,model and current situation of employee turnover at home and abroad are simply analyzed through the overview of the applied theory,and the specific problems of employee turnover in the power industry are pointed out in view of the current situation of employee turnover in the power industry.Part on the analysis of the problem,this paper studies the use of research methods,analyzed the shaanxi electric power company staff turnover problems,based on the increase the cost of human resources,affect the company’s performance,increase customer resources loss,cannot support the aging changes and affect the organization and team morale representative problems such as carried on the thorough analysis;In the problem solving part.This paper puts forward the solution of GJDW Shaanxi branch in terms of recruitment,motivation,training,policy adjustment and career planning.There are seven chapters in this paper.The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,explains the main contents and main problems of the research,and briefly introduces the research ideas,methods and innovation points.The second chapter introduces the main body of the research and the explanation of related concepts and theories.The relevant theories of electric power company,the definition of employee turnover,the theory of employee turnover,the model of employee turnover and the relevant research theories of employee turnover are expounded.Chapter three first introduces the power grid company.Secondly,summarize the actual situation of employee turnover.Finally,through further investigation,the reasons for employee turnover of the company are analyzed in detail.Chapter four discusses the cost of employee turnover in shaanxi power grid company.The fifth chapter combines the theoretical basis and the actual investigation,summarizes the effective improvement methods from the aspects of shaanxi power grid company’s policy change,the company’s incentive mechanism,the enterprise’s relevant training,employee relationship,career planning and loss process management,etc.,to stabilize the staff,so as to stabilize the development of the entire power grid.The sixth chapter from the enterprise staff security funds,staff organizational structure,corporate culture construction,staff development system and other aspects.The last part is the conclusion and prospect of the paper. |
