| With the rapid development of economy and the constant replacement of The Times,enterprises are also facing fierce competition.The competition among enterprises is mainly for talents,especially the core employees,who are the pillar strength of the enterprise.Without them,the enterprise would not be able to operate normally.Compared with ordinary employees,core staff have a better understanding of the core business of the enterprise and have core skills,such as management experience and professional skills.Therefore,to maintain the stability of the core employees can enable the enterprise to obtain the survival ability in this changing era,improving the core competitive power of the company,and keeping the stable development of the company.However,due to the changes of the times,the core employees of enterprises are unstable due to various factors such as organization,themselves and society,which will seriously affect the stable development of enterprises.Therefore,the research on the problem of core employee turnover has important practical significance.In this context,this paper mainly takes YG Construction Company as a case study,combined with the relevant data of core employee turnover in 2018 and 2019 provided by the human resources department of the company to conduct statistical analysis,and finds that the company does have the problem of core employee turnover.Through the study of relevant literature,employee turnover,employee mobility and other related theories,the article let us know that the basic information of the corporation,what is core employee turnover and how its impact,and deeply analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the core employee turnover of YG construction company combined with the interviews of core employees who have left the company and the questionnaire survey of on-the-job core employees.According to these reasons and the information of the corporation,the write will make his own suggestions for YG Construction Company to keep the team stable and prevent staff turnover.The research of this paper provides some suggestions for the management of the company to prevent,control and manage the core employees,and also provides reference for the same industry. |
