"National new urbanization planning" and "the 2019 new urbanization construction key task" stressed in the construction of comprehensive transport network to support the new layout of urbanization and the importance of planning.Highway is the main mode of transportation connecting urban and rural areas,cities and counties,cities and cities,the improved highway network system is one of the key drivers of the new urbanization process.Accurate understanding of the interaction between highway development and new urbanization can provide reference for formulating effective highway development plannings,so as to promote the healthy and coordinated development of new urbanization more vigorously.This paper firstly analyzes the interaction mechanism between highway development and new urbanization and the key factors affecting their interaction qualitatively from a multi-disciplinary and multi-angle perspective by collecting relevant literature.Secondly,a multi-dimensional comprehensive index evaluation system for highway development and new urbanization is constructed.Then,taking Shaanxi province as the research object,the paper measures the development level of highway development and new urbanization in Shaanxi province from 2006 to 2018 based on the principle of entropy weight method.Finally,combining with time-domain and frequency-domain analysis,VAR model and Cross-spectrum analysis and other quantitative analysis methods are used to test the interaction between the two.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows: there is an internal mechanism of mutual influence between highway development and new urbanization,and the key factors influencing their interaction are industrial structure,infrastructure investment,government-driven,market-driven and planning layout.Highway development and new urbanization in Shaanxi province are granger causality and interactive development.The impulse response diagram shows that the response speed of new urbanization to the impact of road development in Shaanxi province is faster than that of road development to the impact of new urbanization,and the impact of new urbanization on road development is greater than that of road development on new urbanization.The frequency domain analysis shows that the road development in Shaanxi province lags behind the development of new urbanization,and the time difference is 3-4 months.Three suggestions are put forward to strengthen and coordinate the interactive relationship between highway development and new urbanization in Shaanxi province: Increasing investment in road construction and optimize the development of road network;promoting the adjustment of industrial structure and guide the upgrading of highway structure;strengthening the driving force of the government and make rational plans. |
