Research On Design Of Fitness Product Service System In The Intelligent Aged-care Community

In line with the growing trend of population aging in China,Chronic diseases which are closely related to age(non-infectious)lead to an increase in the number of aged.Rehabilitation training with "healthy aging" as the core is one of the important methods for the prevention of chronic diseases and the improvement of self-care ability of the elderly.At present,daily-care is the main service for the disabled elderly in Chinese long-term aged care system,rather than rehabilitation training.The existing community sport equipment cannot meet the real needs of the elderly for rehabilitation,and the professional guidance of scientific exercise is still not systematic.Aiming at this problem,this study puts forward an innovative service model which is suitable for both the healthy and mild disabled elderly in their community exercises fitness and rehabilitation.Taking the typical elderly communities in Beijing as the research object,the characteristics of outdoor activities and spatial behaviors of the elderly were investigated,and the regularity and overall differences were analyzed.From the theoretical perspective of the relationship between the elderly,service and the environment for the community-dwelling older people,this paper discusses the potential needs of the elderly,as well as the service system and interactive products oriented by fitness rehabilitation and health care.Using the methods of participant observation,ability assessment of the elderly and the analytic hierarchy process,the research literature and research data were analyzed quantitatively and visualized.The content includes the touch-points of intelligent elderly care fitness and innovative design opportunities for community rehab service for the elderly.Combined with the typical cases of social innovation for the mild-disabled elderly people’s health care,this paper studies the optimization mode and the renewal method of fitness and rehabilitation services for the elderly in the home-based community intelligent elderly care scenario.The reasonable design of service platform and fitness product can achieve the effective prevention of disability for the healthy elderly,and the health care effect for the mild-disabled elderly,which can provide a theoretical and practical service design for the active and healthy aging.Through the establishment of the Intelligent Community Exercise Rehab Service System——Active Senior,by taking the fitness and rehabilitation facilities and community organization activities in the interactive sports area as offline entities and the elderly user health data platform as online applications,the intelligent elderly care fitness service system can be established,and the interactive elderly fitness products suitable for different body function exercises are designed.To guide the movement of the elderly with chronic diseases and provide customized services for different users,the health terminal is used to collect the body data of the elderly users.The design proposes reasonable physical exercise to intervene the signs of disability of the elderly,prevent the elderly from becoming seriously disabled,and provide community health and rehabilitation services for the elderly.Under the advantages of smart elderly care,the system builds service networks and interactive products for different forms of elderly care to provide fitness and rehabilitation forms for different body functions,and builds a shared exercises rehabilitation mode combining home-community care for elderly.Accordingly,the quality of life of the elderly can be improved.
