Research On The Linkage Mechanism And Coordination Center Of Beijing Community Home Care Service Facility System

With the advent of the 21 st century,China is rapidly moving towards an aging society.At present,Beijing has already established the framework of senior care service system and senior care service network,but due to the "compartmentalization" of senior care management departments,it still has not formed a perfect continuous senior care service,and there are still problems such as insufficient linkage of senior care service facilities.Beijing has entered the stage of deep aging,and its senior care needs are diversifying at the same time,so the linkage of community and home services requires the cooperation of multiple parties.In view of the problem of the construction and insufficient linkage of the multi-collaborative elderly service system,this paper investigates and composes the framework of the elderly system in many countries and developed regions in China,puts forward the concept of the linkage mechanism of the elderly system,summarizes the specific basic framework of the linkage mechanism of the typical community home-based elderly service system at home and abroad,and constructs the operation model of the linkage mechanism.On this basis,this paper researches the building that plays the core role of communication and linkage in the linkage mechanism--the senior care coordination center,analyzes a number of senior care coordination centers through case studies and comparative studies,and summarizes the specific operation methods,function configuration,area ratio and spatial layout of the senior care coordination center in terms of service content,service organization,etc.The main points of architectural design in terms of service content,service organization,function configuration,area ratio and space layout are summarized.Finally,taking into account the aging situation and the current development of senior care in Beijing,we propose the key points for the construction,operation and design of the linkage mechanism and senior care coordination center of the community home care service facility system suitable for Beijing,and optimize the design of the linkage mechanism and senior care coordination center of the community home care service facility system in Chaoyang District,which is the only one in Beijing.Chapters 1-2 mainly elaborate the research background,research purpose and research significance,introduce the current situation of research on related contents of the elderly care system at home and abroad,qualify the research concepts,and determine the research contents and basic research framework.Chapters 3-4 cross-sectionally sort out and analyze the linkage mechanisms of the excellent elderly service systems in the UK,the US,Japan,Taiwan and Suzhou,summarize the basic model of the linkage mechanism,and study the specific division of tasks,linkage methods and linkage processes within the mechanism.Chapters 5-6 build on the research in the previous chapter to study the design strategies of the senior care coordination center.From the above introduced excellent cases at home and abroad for comparison,the common patterns of the cases in terms of function configuration,area ratio and internal space layout are derived,and the key points of the operation mode and architectural design of the senior care coordination center are summarized.Chapter 7 is a discussion of the design of Beijing’s senior care linkage mechanism and coordination center.By referring to the linkage models and coordination center designs of senior care service networks in other countries,specific suggestions and measures are proposed to improve the senior care service network in Beijing,based on the actual situation in Beijing,in order to achieve comprehensive linkage and coordination of senior care services,and to optimize the linkage mechanism and senior care coordination center design of the only community-based senior care service facility system in Beijing,which is in Chaoyang District.Chapter 8 concludes the research of this paper and proposes to summarize the way to establish the linkage mechanism of community elderly home service facility system and the specific operation and architectural design points of the elderly coordination center.In summary,the establishment and improvement of a continuous community elderly home care service facility system is crucial to the development of elderly care in China.The establishment of the senior care linkage mechanism helps the elderly,institutions and the government to be closely connected,and provides reference and reference for the work of establishing an orderly and overall senior care information resource network linkage in Beijing.
