Micro-update Design Of Community Rehabilitation Landscape Facilities Based On The Elderly

As the country vigorously promotes home care services,high-quality community environments and age-appropriate facilities are becoming more important for the elderly.It should have been able to improve the living environment and promote the healing landscape of human health,because of the limitations of its current application method has not played an important role in the community.Based on the current situation of the sample community healing landscape facilities,this study combined with the microrenewal design concept to build a community healing landscape facility micro-renewal design strategy,that is,design principles,design goals and practical methods.Taking the Hexingyuan community in Guangzhou as an example,the design and practice of microrenewal of its healing landscape facilities were carried out.In this way,the application value of healing landscape facilities in China's human settlement environment is improved.Chapters 1 and 2 are basic theoretical studies.The first chapter introduces the research background,significance,content,methods and so on.Chapter 2 systematically sorts out the theoretical research and practical cases of healing landscapes and facilities at home and abroad,and clarifies the concept,function,classification and application of healing landscape facilities.Summarize the development trends and characteristics of healing landscapes and facilities at home and abroad.The third chapter is the research on the current situation of the community.Taking Hexingyuan,a typical old community in Guangzhou,as a research base,it investigates and analyzes the characteristics and needs of rehabilitation movements of elderly groups,the status of healing landscape facilities,that is,element types,quantity distribution,crowd use and quality status.According to the survey,the elderly group tends to perform rehabilitation exercises in a high-quality natural environment;due to the deterioration of the physical function of the elderly group and the varying degrees of individual changes,the use of healing landscape facilities has special and diverse characteristics;community rehabilitation The types,quantity configuration and quality of landscape facilities have not met the various needs of elderly residents;facilities lack an emotional connection with community residents.Chapters 4 and 5 are design practice research.Chapter 4 is the design strategy,that is,the four design principles,micro-update goals and methods of micro-update of community healing landscape facilities.Chapter 5 is specific design practice.The three representative healing landscape facilities in Hexingyuan community and their environment were micro-updated,and the three design schemes of "health home","shared living room,and" vegetable living paradise "were drawn,and the design actions were characterized.To verify the feasibility of the research theory by establishing user usage scenarios.It is expected to provide valuable thinking and inspiration for the future development and research of healing landscape facilities.
