Design Of Home-based Elderly Care System For Community Elderly Based On Service Design Concep

Today,with the rapid development of the Internet information age,many countries,including China,are facing the severe trend of population aging and empty nest.At present,the problem of providing for the aged has become a social problem that we urgently need to solve.Secondly,the outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020 changed the way of life for everyone.Especially for the elderly,the use of mobile phone became the skill they had to learn.The activities of daily medical treatment,shopping,travel and entertainment were restricted to the elderly.Moreover,according to incomplete statistics of relevant data,almost the elderly over the age of 60 in China suffer from one or more chronic non communicable diseases.They need relevant services to help solve the problem of daily home-based elderly care.The service design concept is committed to taking users as the center,allowing more stakeholders to participate together and understand the real needs of users.A relatively perfect theoretical system has been formed and applied in all fields of life.Firstly,based on the concept of service design,this paper studies the current situation of pension models at home and abroad.Starting from the service design theory itself,this paper studies the concept,development,elements,principles,processes and methods of service design,and gives practical cases of the application of this theory as a guide for the later paper;Then,taking the elderly as the target group,this paper analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics,analyzes the digital divide of the elderly,investigates the elderly’s demand for home service system in the form of questionnaire and interview,and analyzes and summarizes the market and competitive products;Then,taking service design as the theoretical support,combined with the needs of the elderly,output the product design strategy under this topic;Turning the demand into function points,a home-based elderly care system is designed for the elderly in the community,which mainly optimizes the service process of the elderly from the aspects of medical system,life service,social entertainment,travel demand and emergency assistance,so as to meet the home-based elderly care needs of the elderly in an all-round way.Finally,the user’s satisfaction with the product is evaluated by questionnaire and interview,and the design scheme is empirically studied.
