| In the context of the accelerated aging process,stroke hemiplegia has become the first cause of disability in the elderly,and it is becoming more and more urgent to provide rehabilitation services for the hemiplegic elderly.Through literature research and field investigations,it is found that compared with mature and complete rehabilitation mechanisms abroad,my country already has a comprehensive rehabilitation service system,but in actual operation there are barriers to cooperation among various agencies,rehabilitation referrals have not been implemented,and many hemiplegic elderly are discharged after being discharged from the hospital.Returning to the family,due to lack of professional guidance,lack of suitable rehabilitation aids,the rehabilitation training was suspended or the wrong rehabilitation method was used,and the continuity of rehabilitation appeared to be faulty.In response to this problem,this research uses the existing rehabilitation system as the support,innovates the rehabilitation service model,and designs intelligent rehabilitation aids to provide support for the continuity of home rehabilitation for the hemiplegic elderly.First of all,it investigates Beijing area hospitals,rehabilitation institutions,community care centers,elderly post stations and third-party service providers,analyzes the framework and characteristics of existing service organizations,and summarizes my country’s rehabilitation system and the status quo of Beijing rehabilitation services.Through qualitative and quantitative research methods such as questionnaires,interviews,observations,and role experiences,the hemiplegic elderly and their caregivers in typical residential communities were visited on the spot,and data were collected and analyzed to clarify the physical and psychological rehabilitation needs of the hemiplegic elderly at different levels.Then use the service design method,based on the survey to carry out user portraits of the hemiplegic elderly,analyze their health characteristics and the particularity of the home scene,sort out the user journey and summarize the pain points and opportunities of the hemiplegic elderly at home rehabilitation,by building a hemiplegic rehabilitation platform,linking professional medical resources to the home,and assisting the scientific training of the elderly with hemiplegia through intelligent rehabilitation aids.Finally,take hemiplegic lower extremity rehabilitation as an example for product design,establish a home rehabilitation product service system for the limb function of the hemiplegic elderly,and meet the different rehabilitation needs of hemiplegic elderly at different stages through the rental and sharing mode.The hemiplegia rehabilitation platform connects multiple stakeholders,integrates scattered rehabilitation resources,eliminates the original communication barriers,and realizes the rational allocation and efficient use of rehabilitation resources through clear role division.As the core touch point,the intelligent lower limb rehabilitation assistive device receives instructions set by doctors on the online platform,uploads training data,and provides graphical feedback of relevant information to users,so that users can understand the rehabilitation process and effects in time,and provide doctors with adjustments to the rehabilitation program.Based on this,it will speed up the rehabilitation process of the limb function of the hemiplegic elderly,which has theoretical and practical significance for reducing the pressure of social rehabilitation and contradictions in the elderly. |
