| Community endowment has become an important way to alleviate the aging problem under the background of the increasing trend of it.The main purpose of this thesis is to explore the construction system of community public space environment in Mainland China under the policy of Home-based care for elderly,and the community development of Tianjin is seen as the main research object.This will play an active role in the construction level of the community for the elderly and improve the quality of the elderly's life and promote the social civilization.This paper analysis the actual needs of the elderly in space and spiritual environment,and summarizes the law of individual process and the mainly providing style of the elderly in China.The paper studies the development characteristic of endowment pattern in European and Asian countries under the different cultural background.Taiwan is the the main object of this aspect study because of the most similar life style and historical background to the Mainland China.Summarizes the good characteristics to provide direction for the research of the following text.This paper is based on the form of questionnaire,supplemented by the interview form,mainly to discuss the public environment development situation and the current problems of the development in Tianjin through a thorough analysis from six aspects including basic data,Life support agency,spiritual needs,community living environment,safety and service,information intelligent.Summed up the community public environment mainly needs a perfect social service system,a reasonable design of social life environment system and a standardized intelligent service management system.The public environment also need to follow the characteristics of safety,healthy,diversity,participation,humanization,intelligence and so on.In order to improve the construction system of community public environment,to achieve the actual value of the community to become a livable home. |
