Research On The Management Of Key Construction Projects In Wuyishan City

Project construction is a major event related to economic and social development.Promoting the construction of key construction projects is an important work to implement the "six guarantees" and realize the "six stability",and it is also a source of power to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.Adhering to high-quality development and accelerating the transformation of economic development mode are the main theme of Wuyishan’s economic development at present and for a long time to come.In particular,the construction of key construction projects affects the overall situation of development,determines the status of development,is related to the quality of development,and represents the image of development.Based on Wuyishan City,this article summarizes the current management status of key construction projects.The author randomly distributed 200 questionnaires from the owners involved in key construction projects in Wuyishan from 2017 to 2019,and 50 sample surveys by management service agencies,and questionnaire interviews.The author summarized and analyzed the problems in the management of key construction projects in Wuyishan.Proposed methods and countermeasures to solve these problems.This article uses coordination theory,project management theory,target management and other theories,and adopts methods such as comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis to collect and sort out relevant information about the management of key construction projects in Wuyishan City.The current problems in the management of key construction projects in Wuyishan City are: 1.It is the management organization problem,that is,the organization setting is unreasonable and the professional level of management personnel is low.The second is the high degree of difficulty in approval,including strict project approval requirements,numerous approval items and cumbersome procedures.The third is the funding problems of construction projects,which are mainly manifested in the lack of funds of the owners,single financing channels,and lack of innovation in financing models.Thefourth is the problem of land use for construction projects,that is,insufficient construction land indicators,waste of land resources,and serious problems in the process of demolition.The fifth is project file management problems,including poor file management awareness,inadequate file organization,and insufficient information construction,etc..At present,there are many difficulties in the management of key construction projects,and it is urgent to optimize and upgrade,scientifically plan,and upgrade the modernization level of major project management in Wuyishan City.Based on the local actual situation,this article gives relevant suggestions for strengthening the management of key construction projects in our city: establish the Wuyishan City Key Construction Project Leading Group Office,strengthen training to improve the level of management personnel;strengthen the cooperation between the approval departments to make Work efficiency has been improved;breakthroughs should be made in project land use,and land acquisition and resettlement should be effectively carried out to ensure land use for construction projects;the financing environment should be optimized to provide strong capital guarantee for project construction and provide high-quality development,catch-up and surpass the development of Wuyishan City.Green development provides strong support to accelerate the economic development of Wuyishan City.
