Research On The Project Cost Of T Hospital Construction Project

With the continuous development and progress of our country’s economy and society,the people’s demand for quality medical services has increased sharply.As the most basic condition to ensure the normal operation of hospitals,hospital construction has become a key area for the government to increase investment in recent years.A good medical building can not only provide a high-quality environment for people,but also reduce the operating cost,improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment,save energy,beautify the environment,and make patients and medical staff have a sense of gain and happiness.Medical architecture is a complex system engineering,which determines that the project cost management of medical architecture is more difficult and more difficult.In recent years,great achievements have been made in the management of medical buildings in Beijing,Shanghai and other large cities,but the overall project cost management and control is still relatively insufficient,the problems are relatively prominent,and some ideas have not been rooted in the whole process of project cost management.At the same time,some projects are disjointed from the construction and even the later management,which also increases the difficulty of project cost management and control,resulting in economic losses that are difficult to recover in the later management process.Therefore,how to strengthen the whole-process cost control of engineering projects and realize the maximization of economic benefits,reduce the construction cost and improve the level of cost control while ensuring the standard conditions of the building itself is an important topic that needs to be studied and solved urgently.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research on the cost control and problems of medical construction engineering,and elaborates on the status quo and related concepts of engineering cost management at home and abroad.Given every stage of the construction project cost management is a distinguished,the process of deepening,the depth of the different stages of management and the key is not the same,the last stage is the basis and foundation of the next stage management,the next step is a stage management refinement and perfect characteristics,combined with a large public hospital construction project in this region,this paper discusses the present hospital construction project cost control in different stages of the present situation and method,analyses the characteristics and difficulties of hospital construction project analysis in the process of project implementation problems and the causes of,and puts forward the measures to solve these problems and opinions.Through the research of this paper,we have explored a set of countermeasures and suggestions for the construction cost control of hospital construction projects,and hope to play a certain role in promoting the cost control of other hospital construction projects in the future.
