| With the rapid development of urban development,the competition between the construction companies is also an unpredictable force,and the construction business has officially come into low income.The last two years,affected by COVID-19,many construction companies have lost effective control over resource management due to their inadequate cost control methods that have damaged the profits of the company.Considering the complex internal and outside the environment,the construction project must change the first method of costs,improve the level of the company and help the company achieve sustainable and healthy development.Based on the current situation of fine cost management of construction projects,such as Group Q,study paperwork problems and cause the process of fine cost control of construction projects and develop safety security of costs.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to investigate and analyze the current situation,problems and corresponding countermeasures of the refined cost management of H Company of Q Group.The questionnaire survey was conducted among 296 employees of H Company of Q Group,and the results were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)The staff have a certain understanding of the refined cost management of Q Group’s project,and have basically possessed the concept of modern refined cost management.However,there are still some staff who are not familiar with the process of refined cost management and need to be trained on the relevant process of refined cost management.As it is impossible to determine whether the company wins the bid in the bidding stage,the company does not want to spend too much energy on the project cost analysis method,and the company has not implemented cost plans in every aspect.The company needs to further improve the cost plan in the future work.(2)The problems in the refined management of H Company of Q Group are: the bidding lacks relevant training,and the contract management is not perfect;Improper plan management and unscientific on-site management;Material and equipment costs are large;Lack of technology and information management means;Failure to timely and accurately communicate and coordinate project changes.Based on the above survey results,this study proposes the strategy and safeguard measures for the refined project cost management of Q Group H Company.The strategy of project cost refinement management of H Company of Q Group mainly includes:strengthening refinement management training and improving cost contract management;Refine process reengineering and rectify on-site management;Carry forward the concept of frugality and pay attention to the refined basic management of materials and equipment;Adapt to the development of the times,strengthen technology and information management means;Refined management organization innovation,timely communication and coordination,and provide guarantee measures for the implementation of cost refinement management in Q Group H Company from the aspects of organizational guarantee measures,supervision and incentive mechanism,system improvement measures,team measures,etc. |
