| Over the years,with the rapid growth of housing demand in urban and rural areas,the development and growth of the construction industry is becoming more and more rapid.Construction quality issues have become a hot issue in the industry,making construction quality management and control issues increasingly prominent.In particular,the current economy has entered a downward cycle,the profit of construction projects is thin,and the quality problems of projects are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the safety management of construction projects and fine engineering construction quality control,which has important theoretical significance and application value to realize orderly competition and rational development of the industry.Through consulting and studying a large number of quality management and control literature at home and abroad,analyzing and combining with the construction site management practice of China’s construction enterprises,this paper aims at many problems and causes faced by the construction quality and control practice.Taking TL project construction project as the research object,through field investigation and work practice,make full use of and analyze the documentation,PDCA dynamic management and control analysis and other methods to optimize the management control organization and quality supervision system.In-depth analysis of the causes of problems in quality management and control of TL construction projects.Three complete management shall be applied to ensure the optimization of machinery and material supply process,and fine quality management and control shall be carried out for key nodes of project construction one by one in combination with the causes of problems,so as to ensure the quality control of construction organization design and scheme,technical disclosure,project main body and concealed works,and corresponding guarantee measures shall be put forward according to the fine management and control of construction quality;the final basis shall be Fine quality management and control to develop a quality management and control plan suitable for TL project construction site,and then provide decision support for accurate analysis of project construction quality problems,to achieve fine quality management and control.At the same time,it has some reference value for other industries’ quality management and control,improvement of construction process.Due to the time limit,this study only analyzes and studies the problems faced by TL project construction quality management and control,develops the refined construction quality management and control plan,and develops quality management and control assurance measures.However,there are many factors that affect the whole construction quality and management.It is not enough to study the fine management and control of construction quality only in a specific project and specific environment.The next step is to carry out research in a wider range and a wider field. |
