Freeway plays an important role in modern society.Once a freeway traffic accident occurs,it will affect the efficiency of the road section,cause life danger,cause environmental pollution,and even lead to secondary accidents.In recent years,the number of deaths and property losses of freeway traffic accidents in China are on the rise.Therefore,it is reasonable to predict traffic recovery time and it is necessary to carry out emergency traffic organization.First of all,this paper analyzes the traffic flow fluctuation in the accident area of the freeway,and considers the dynamic space occupancy rate.Combined with the Greenshields model,Greenberg model and the cumulative arrival departure model,two kinds of traffic recovery time prediction models are proposed.According to the data of a traffic accident of Guangzhou airport freeway,the prediction models are verified.Secondly,this paper describes how to divide the impact areas of traffic accidents,and summarizes the length calculation method and traffic organization strategy of each area.Thirdly,taking the common two-way six lane freeway as an example,this paper analyzes the organization form of traffic flow when one lane,two lanes and all lanes are closed,draws the organization form chart of traffic flow,and summarizes the similarities and differences of each organization method of traffic flow.Finally,this paper designs a simulation experiment,considers the different lengths of the protection zone under different speed limit conditions,uses the Vissim simulation software to model the specific road conditions when a lane is closed.Using the queuing counter in the software,we get the maximum queuing length as the efficiency index,and combine it with the safety of the vehicle,we put forward the best recommended speed limit value.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward two prediction models of traffic accident recovery time,defines the emergency organization method of traffic accidents,and provides a certain basis for traffic managers to deal with traffic accidents.
