Due to large traffic volume and high speed on expressway,once the traffic accident occur will lead to different degree of road traffic congestion, not only cause expressway operation efficiency to reduce, but also cause more threat to expressway operation safety, even derive the second traffic accidents. In order to reduce the influence of expressway traffic accident and reduce harm degree of traffic accident, prevent the second accidents, it is necessary to do the emergency traffic organization after accidents.The paper studied emergency traffic organization after expressway traffic accident under the road network environment, and put forward the emergency traffic organization schemes after traffic accidents on universal and particular road (long down-slope, interchange) in parallel road, ring and radical road network.First, analyzed the division foundation of different emergency traffic organization. According to the influence scope of the traffic accident, divided traffic accidents affect zone into protection zone, control zone, buffer zone, and divided the duration of traffic accidents into different sections, in order to formulate targeted emergency traffic organization schemes.Then, studied about expressway emergency traffic organization schemes under the environment of parallel road network, ring and radical road network. Put forward the method for distinguishing two classes of network; Analyzed the scope of traffic organization scheme implementation. Aim at different affect regions, different traffic conditions and different duration of traffic accidents, emergency traffic organizations are proposed, and focus on studying implementation methods and basis of all kinds of organization involved in schemes.Finally, studied about emergency traffic organization schemes for long down-slope and interchange. Defined the scope of long down-slope, studied speed control problem of long down-slope, given advised speed control value,considered all kinds of organization plan comprehensively, put forward emergency traffic organization schemes;Aim at interchange sanction accident happened on the ramp and on the road, emergency traffic organization schemes was proposed, and with emphasis on bypass problem.
