At present,in the project management of domestic and foreign construction enterprises,material procurement is a very important key link.The material procurement expenditure of some projects often accounts for 50%~60%of the total investment of the project,and the amount involved is quite large,which constitutes the material basis of the project.Material procurement is the basis and premise of all construction activities of the project,and it is also an important link to control the overall construction cost of the project and ensure the economic benefits of the project.Power generation engineering is the most important basic energy construction in the development of the national economy.Every year,the country invests a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources in power generation projects.The social and economic benefits of power generation projects are remarkable,but they often present capital-intensive technology and huge risks.Salient features.Therefore,it is particularly important for construction companies to adopt a scientific management system to improve the risk control capability of power generation engineering materials procurement.Under the premise of ensuring the quality,safety,construction period and other factors of the project,the construction enterprise scientifically identifies,evaluates and prevents the risks of all stages of the procurement of power engineering materials,and enhances the overall economic benefits of the power generation project and enhances the core competition of the enterprise.It is of great significance to achieve sustainable development of the company.This paper takes SW company’s power generation engineering materials procurement as the research object.Firstly,this paper introduces the realisti c background and significance of research on power engineering engineering materials procurement.The research topic is the control of Sw company po wer generation engineering materials procurement risk,and explains the pur pose of research.Then,the basic situation of SW company is briefly descri bed.Based on the whole life cycle theory,the status quo of SW company’s power generation project procurement management is analyzed from the thre e stages of procurement planning,procurement execution and procurement.At the same time,the material procurement management work is further ana lyzed.There are eight aspects of the problem and the reasons for the proble m.Secondly,using Delphi method,expert scoring method and analytic hiera rchy process to comprehensively sort out and analyze the source of material procurement risk of SW company’s power generation project,and identify a nd evaluate various risk factors of material procurement at three levels.Ris k factors affect the quantitative results of weights,identify key risk factors,and classify material procurement risks into four levels.Finally,applying t he risk control methods of risk prevention,loss control,risk transfer,risk a voidance and risk retention,the paper puts forward specific countermeasures for different levels of risk of SW public power generation engineering mat erials procurement;combined with the risks existing in SW company’s powe r generation engineering materials procurement management The problem is to propose the control measures of material procurement risk from the aspec ts of organizational system construction,optimizing procurement process,st rengthening supplier supervision and evaluation,improving the quality of pr ocurement personnel and strengthening settlement management control,and promoting SW company to reconstruct a reasonable science and effectively prevent materials.Procurement risk management system to improve risk pre vention and control capabilities,improve procurement efficiency and enhanc e corporate competitiveness.
