| LNDX,Founded in June 2003,is a professional company responsible for the design and construction of indoor and outdoor decoration projects.Equipment,metal doors and windows,curtain wall installation and other projects.In recent years,LNDX has undertaken many large-scale decoration engineering projects,and has gradually become a large-scale decoration engineering project construction enterprise with strong core competitiveness.With the growth of the company,various management systems should be gradually improved with the development of the company.At present,in the actual operation of LNDX company’s material procurement,due to the lack of relevant theoretical knowledge and systematic methods of procurement risk management,decision-makers rely on small-scale procurement.The accumulated experience and methods have been unable to adapt to the procurement risk management problems faced by the company after it has grown.The use of scientific procurement risk assessment and control technology has been put on the agenda,and the company faces procurement risk management issues that need to be solved urgently.This paper firstly adopts common risk identification methods,including brainstorming method,document review method,checklist method and graphic technique method,based on the investigation of LNDX company’s material procurement,and determines the main risk types of LNDX company,including: market risk,management risk,contract risk,supply risk and cost risk.On the basis of inviting department heads and relevant staff to score,the degree of concentration,dispersion and coordination of each risk factor are given.Secondly,based on the principles of practicability,dynamism and operability,the second-level evaluation index system is given.On the basis of the survey data,the analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the material procurement management of LNDX.This paper presents the primary and secondary risk factors in the LNDX material procurement process.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment,combined with humanized and scientific methods,the risk avoidance strategy,risk transfer strategy,risk mitigation strategy,risk acceptance strategy and risk reserve strategy of LNDX material procurement risk control are given.The implementation plan and safeguard measures of the risk control scheme are also given.The research of this paper is an attempt for the standardized management of material procurement risks of decoration engineering companies,and has certain practical value.The risk index system and risk factors of this research can provide reference for the risk management of decoration engineering companies,and the evaluation method can also be used.Provide decision support for material procurement risk assessment of decoration engineering companies.The disadvantage of this paper is that due to the limitation of the company’s personnel work arrangements,the sampling of the data is slightly less,and the results may be slightly biased. |
