Research On Risk Control Of Engineering Material Procurement Of XD Company Based On SCM

In the 21 st century,with China's accession to the WTO and the baptism of the 2008 world financial crisis on the economic pattern,the whole market economic system has gradually improved and market competition has increasingly tended to resource chaining and benefiting.In the environment of open market,according to the changing of "Internet plus" technology,the competition among companies is not only reflected in the advantages of products and services,but also more importantly reflected in the competition of supply chain management.The healthy development of enterprise supply chain management,is an important cornerstone to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company.Procurement is the key node of supply chain management.It connects the upstream and downstream of the supply chain.Therefore,the risk identification and control in procurement work,as well as the improvement and implementation of procurement process and the quality of procurement risk control,is directly affect the effectiveness and reliability of providing resources and closely related to the sustainable development of enterprises.This article studies the supply chain management architecture of XD Company,and further studies the procurement risk of XD Company's engineering materials,which takes the engineering materials supply chain procurement of XD Company as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the supply chain procurement settings of XD company,and deeply analyses the reliability of the supply chain architecture of XD company and the controllability of the supply chain structure and process to the procurement risk.Procurement plays a bridge role in supply chain management.It analyzes the direct impact of procurement risk on supply chain reliability.Secondly,the article briefly describes the current situation of engineering materials supply chain procurement in XD Company.Mainly from two aspects,one is to analyze the current situation of each stage in supply chain process and the procurement management architecture of engineering materials in XD Company.The other is taking seven major engineering cases of XD Company as the research method,and takes the procurement of engineering materials of XD Company as the research object.Then analyses the present situation of procurement risk of XD Company's engineering materials supply chain.Based on the current situation analysis,it carries several methods,such as case analysis,Delphi method,questionnaire surveymethod and hierarchy analytic method.It combines the new information technology environment and evaluates the risk points of engineering materials supply chain procurement in XD Company,from the practical stage and process fields.Finally,based on the reoptimize and redesign of procurement mode,it uses the "Internet plus" information technology to implement all kinds of risk control,according to the risk problems of engineering material supply chain procurement in XD company.It promotes XD company to rebuild a prevention procurement management system which is reasonable,scientific and effective risk countermeasure in a construction enterprise.It can improve the risk prevention,control capabilities,procurement efficiency,and reduce procurement costs.The competitiveness of enterprises will be improved and it also should be in line with compliance requirements.
