Abstract/Summary:
In other countries,the full-process and full-cycle cost risk management model has been applied in project management for a long time and has been acknowledged by many managers and scholars for its effectiveness.However,in China,it has been newly introduced and the results were inconsistent when it was put into practice.Therefore,it needs to be perfected systematically.This paper aims to introduce advanced theories and methods of full-process full-cycle cost risk management based on the traditional cost management model,and make a model that is in line with the actual environment for the sake of the cost of the entire project process.With the help of models and strategies,advanced software and reasonable countermeasures are used to control the cost of each stage within the target cost,and finally to make maximal expected value of project investment income.This article is guided by the advanced cost risk management theory at home and abroad to build a systematic model with the combination of the current status of cost risk control in the domestic area and construction economics,software engineering,data analysis.The main content of the thesis mainly includes the following points:1.First,the problem is raised,most of the project risk phenomena are analyzed,the problems are raised from the phenomenon of cost risk out of control such as the three super phenomenon,and the domestic and foreign cost management models are compared and analyzed to determine Set up a new methodology applicable to actual cases for risk analysis.2.Sort out the risk index factors of the whole process,use a variety of analysis methods to identify the risk factors in each stage of the construction project,explain and categorize and integrate them,and determine the risk factors of the entire project cycle.3.The establishment of the risk identification model,a brief overview of the current stage of the whole process of cost risk evaluation,and then introduce the concept of cloud model,optimize the traditional single weighting method,and combine the AHP method and the entropy weight method for compound weighting Calculate,and finally judge the risk level based on the cloud model.4.Formulate countermeasures against risk factors.After the risk identification in the previous stage,develop scientific and reasonable countermeasures based on the cost-saving possibilities of each stage and the principle of the highest priority handling of risks.5.Obtained a scientific and reasonable evaluation model for risk analysis,and used it for actual case support.The risk analysis model is to serve actual cases,analyze the risks at this stage and provide countermeasures,and also verifies the applicability of the model from one side Sexuality and rationality.
