With the rapid development of the global economy,the trend of energy demand is multi-polar,and people are paying more and more attention to the pressure of economic development on the environment and energy.As one of the clean and efficient new energy sources,the demand for LNG is increasing year by year.However,LNG is a liquefied dangerous goods,which has the characteristics of flammable,explosive,low temperature and easy pollution.If the leakage of LNG is improperly managed,it will cause serious accidents to ships.Therefore,countries around the world attach great importance to the safety of navigation of LNG ships.The Dapeng Bay LNG port area is one of the earliest port areas in China as an LNG receiving station.The port area has a dedicated LNG terminal,which is responsible for berthing and loading and unloading of ships.In order to further understand the safety of ship navigation and prevent serious and serious accidents.This paper carried out the safety assessment of the navigation risk of LNG ships in this waters.Firstly,the research results of domestic and foreign ship navigation traffic risk assessment are analyzed and summarized,and the theory and methods of risk assessment are summarized.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the LNG ship,the identification process of the navigation risk of the LNG ship is analyzed,and then the factors which coursed the navigation risk of ship is analyzed.,and then based on the principles of risk assessment model is constructed And the LNG ship navigation risk assessment index system is established.At the same time,through analysis of various subjective and objective methods of index system,the entropy weight method is selected to calculate the index weight of the risk evaluation system,and the three digital characteristics of clouds in the cloud theory and the interaction between dynamic changes between characteristics are selected.The relationship is analyzed to obtain the LNG ship navigation risk evaluation level.Finally,a case study was conducted on the LNG ship navigation in Dapeng Bay waters.The case data were obtained through field surveys and expert interviews.The risk of ship navigation safety in this water area was evaluated,and based on the evaluation results,risks preventive measures were proposed for relevant departments of LNG ships in this water area.In summary,on the basis of combining theoretical analysis and case studies,this article establishes an evaluation model for the navigation risk of LNG ships in Dapeng Bay based on the entropy weight method and cloud model,solves the randomness and ambiguity of the evaluation indicators,and provides navigation risks for LNG ships.Evaluation provides theoretical and practical significance.An example analysis is used to verify the accuracy of the cloud model,which guarantees the practicability and accuracy of the research method,and provides a reference and reference for the navigation safety evaluation of LNG ships in other regions.
