Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of China’s urbanization,the subway has developed rapidly because it can make full use of underground space,with the advantages of large volume,fast speed,pollution-free,punctual,convenient,comfortable and peacetime combination.Subway project as an urban basic construction engineering,however,because of construction time,long construction period,construction of high professional requirements and main construction characteristics in urban underground space,lead to the in the process of construction is facing various risks,especially in the construction phase on the subway safety,quality,time limit for a project in recent years,benefits,such as problems appear constantly,causing severe to the society Heavy adverse effects,has caused the concerned government departments of high concern.Jinan Subway Line 1,2 and 3,which have been opened to traffic and put into operation,have encountered some problems in safety,quality,schedule and efficiency during the construction stage,which have caused a certain degree of adverse impact on the subway construction.Jinan metro Line 4 faces more bigger and more complex risks than the previous three subway lines,which may bring very serious negative impacts on safety,quality and construction period.Therefore,it is necessary to carefully study the risks in the construction stage of the project,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.This thesis first discusses the purpose and significance of the research as well as the status quo of the domestic and foreign subway risk management research,and then introduces the related theories of project risk management,summarizes the common methods of risk management in the past and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent research.After that,on the basis of introducing the general situation and characteristics of Jinan Metro Line 4 project,Delphi method and expert interview method are adopted to identify the risk factors,and a list of risk factors of this project is formed.On this basis,the risk evaluation index system is constructed,the subjective weight and objective weight of risk evaluation index are calculated by analytic hierarchy process and drop weight method respectively,and then the combination weight is calculated by the game theory combination weight method,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the risk level and level of Jinan Metro Line 4 project are obtained,and targeted risk response measures are put forward,which not only provides guarantee for the smooth implementation of this metro project,but also provides certain reference and reference for the risk management of other similar metro construction projects in the construction stage.
