On September and October 2013,Chinese President Xi Jinping during his visit to the Central Asian and Southeast Asian countries,has proposed to build a Silk Road Economic Belt "in twenty-first Century and" maritime Silk Road "(hereinafter referred to as" The Belt and Road")of the major initiatives,get international attention.The interoperability of infrastructure is "priority areas The Belt and Road construction.The low cost advantage of our country’s construction design and the rich experience of project management have made the EPC projects in Southeast Asia and South Asia increase greatly in our country.However,because of the many factors involved in the overseas EPC project business,more risks are often needed.Based on the analysis of the basic theory of project risk management,from the perspective of mechanical and electrical engineering construction in Sri Lanka CKE expressway project as an example to analyze the CKE expressway project from the bidding stage,the project implementation stage,the completion acceptance stage problems,by using literature method,risk check method,WBS-RBS risk identification,risk list form complete,the introduction of AHP hierarchy analysis method for risk assessment,the risk factors are risk coping strategies,and puts forward suggestions for risk management of the project.Based on Sri Lanka highway electromechanical engineering risk management research,for private enterprises "going out" risk prevention and control has played a good role in improving the risk management level of similar projects,has a positive practical significance.
