China’s railway is an important infrastructure of the country and plays a key role in China’s comprehensive transportation system.The reform of China’s railway company system has been carried out.This reform not only conforms to the construction process of China’s legalization and market-oriented operation and management mechanism,but also helps to speed up the construction of modern railway enterprise system with Chinese characteristics,It will play a positive role in providing more reliable system and mechanism guarantee for the healthy and stable development of China’s railway industry in the future.Through consulting the relevant research and summarizing the survey data,it is found that in the current transformation of modern enterprises,the vitality of the work of some grass-roots transport unit employees needs to be improved,so how to mobilize the enthusiasm of grass-roots transport unit employees has become a problem worthy of attention.But at present,there are few researches on the incentive problem of railway grass-roots workers and how to mobilize their work vitality in China,and the research on the problem remains on the surface.The proposed solutions and measures are not easy to operate in the actual process,and there are no targeted fundamental solutions to the related problems,At the same time,there is a lack of detailed research according to the actual implementation and implementation of the grassroots incentive mechanism.Based on the parallel system of civil servants’ posts and ranks,this paper systematically analyzes the incentive mechanism of employees in X station by using the research method of questionnaire survey.Found at the grass-roots level transport enterprise operation process,such as unreasonable compensation system,the worker post promotion mechanism is not reasonable,management and staff salary and post promotion worker rank correlation degree is not enough,lack of excellent enterprise culture,the worker quality value degree is not enough,staff training education aspects flaws,and analyzed the most attention by worker motivating factors.The incentive model of personal input and output matching is established.By enhancing the worker ranks the impact on the salary income and post promotion,puts forward the worker ranks and jointly decided to pay income and job promotion incentives,and illustrates the optimization assessment management system,perfect the compensation system,clear the worker ranks post promotion channels,innovative staff training system,concrete Suggestions to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture,etc.To break the workshop(station)management mode,workers can choose to motivate their own incentive factors through efforts,so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of workers.
