With the promotion of the new round of power system reform in China,power supply enterprises enter the market and increasingly fierce competition between domestic industries and enterprises,new challenges brought by the operation and development of power supply enterprises.In order to stand firmly in the tide of marketization,it is necessary to promote the staff to comprehensively improve the quality of business skills and service quality,and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.It is very important to construct and form enterprise culture and high-quality employee performance level for the development of power supply enterprises.Corporate culture and employee performance are closely linked.This paper attempts to use the latest theoretical research results at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of L Power Supply Company,to study the problems existing in corporate culture construction and employee performance of L Power Supply Company,and further explore the internal relationship between corporate culture construction and employee performance of L Power Supply Company,on this basis,design the corporate culture construction and employee performance improvement plan of L Power Supply Company.This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter,the introductionpart,points out the purpose significance and the research methods of this paper,briefly describes the research status at home and abroad;the second chapter,the related theoretical analysis,mainly describes the theoretical research results related to corporate culture and employee performance;The third chapter is the analysis of the problems existing in corporate culture and employee performance of L Power Supply Company.Based on the results of on-the-spot investigation and interviews with some employees in L Power Supply Company,the paper discusses the problems and deficiencies existing in corporate culture construction and employee performance work of L Power Supply Company.The fourth chapter is the research on the relationship between corporate culture and employee performance of L Power Supply Company,and probes into L Power Supply Company through questionnaire survey The internal relationship between corporate culture and employee performance is proved by empirical analysis.At the same time,the internal relationship between the two is tested by regression analysis to clarify the relationship between different dimensions of the two;In Chapter 5,the design of corporate culture construction and employee performance improvement plan of L Power Supply Company is designed.According to the problems found in this paper,the implementation plan with strong pertinence is designed for L Power Supply Company to refer to Road and principle,objective requirements,specific content,implementation process and safeguard measures are elaborated.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of this paper.This series of research and the design of corporate culture construction and employee performance improvement program for L Power Supply Company can provide reference for the development of L Power Supply Company,and can be applied to the same type of city power supply company,have some theoretical and practical values.
