In the past five years,as a member of the State Grid of Hubei Province,the employee turnover rate of A Power Company has been increasing,especially among grassroots employees.This not only brings huge investment and management costs to the company,but also seriously affects the morale and cohesion of employees,which is a major challenge facing A Power Company at present.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,two-factor theory and satisfaction theory,this paper systematically studies the current situation of grassroots employee turnover in A Power Company: analyzes the situation of grassroots employee turnover in A Power Company in recent years,and uses the methods of questionnaires to conduct in-depth analysis of the turnover intention and reasons of employees in A Power Company.The study found that the influencing factors for the turnover of grassroots employees in A Power Company are: deficiencies in salary,work environment,development space,and corporate culture.Based on the research results,this article proposes the following solution countermeasure: providing competitive compensation and benefits,strengthening employee compensation incentives,and enriching employee welfare design;Create a good retention environment,optimize hardware conditions for retention,and enhance software conditions for retention;Emphasize employee career planning,clarify the management mechanism of career planning,create more development paths,and strengthen employee career training;Strengthen the construction of corporate culture,build a distinctive corporate culture,strengthen the promotion of corporate culture,and achieve the solidification of corporate culture in the system.
