The phenomenon of concentrated resignation of grassroots employees in a short period of time has a significant impact on the production progress of small and micro manufacturing enterprises that require a large number of grassroots employees,and the inability of enterprises to complete orders on time leads to enterprise defaults.The reason for this is that the three generations of people born in the 1960 s,1980s,and 2000 s have different ideological and cognitive attitudes towards employment.However,the use of grassroots employee motivation methods by the 80 s generation by business owners in the 1960 s cannot keep up with changes in the times,resulting in a lack of satisfaction for the majority of grassroots employees born in the2000 s in the workplace.The purpose of this article is to study the optimization of the incentive system for grassroots employees: by optimizing the incentive system for grassroots employees,improve their sense of happiness,achieve the goal of stabilizing the grassroots employee team,and reduce the turnover of grassroots employees.Its significance is to provide strong guarantees for the stable operation and sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.The research step is to take A Home Furnishing Manufacturing Company as an example.Firstly,the theoretical analysis method is used to summarize the theoretical basis for advanced employee motivation theories at home and abroad.Secondly,use interviews and questionnaires to thoroughly understand the existing problems of employee motivation in A home manufacturing enterprise.Thirdly,take the current situation of employee motivation in A home manufacturing enterprise as a case,and propose specific solutions based on the summarized theoretical basis using case analysis.Ultimately,it provides guarantee for the stable operation and development of the enterprise.Detailed research refers to using relevant concepts and theories of employee motivation at home and abroad through literature research,and then using descriptive research methods to analyze the current situation and main issues of employee motivation in furniture manufacturing enterprises from aspects such as salary motivation,promotion,culture,training,and welfare.Finally,using the questionnaire survey method,we searched for employee motivation issues in different positions of A furniture manufacturing enterprise,and analyzed the existing problems in the grassroots employee motivation of A furniture manufacturing enterprise,and then proposed suggestions to improve employee motivation in different positions,achieving the goal of optimizing the employee motivation system of A furniture manufacturing enterprise.Through research,the personnel management concept of A Home Manufacturing Company has not kept up with the changes of the times,and leaders have not yet realized the changes in the status of employee incentive management in enterprise management in terms of ideology,and have not made adjustments in personnel management to respond to the changes in the thinking of grassroots employees.The phenomenon of employees muddling along has become increasingly serious,leading to employees showing a negative attitude towards their work and lacking a sense of responsibility,resulting in higher production costs and lower productivity,resulting in an impact on the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,how to adjust the incentive system suitable for the survival and development of the enterprise and employee development based on the actual situation of the enterprise has become a top priority for the enterprise.Looking for employee incentive issues in A Home Enterprise,we will propose incentive adjustment suggestions for employees in different positions,supplement the concept of employee incentive mechanism,and provide protection for A Home Enterprise to coordinate and adjust the employee incentive mechanism.
