Study On The Renovation Design Of General Hospital In The Central Areas Of Small And Medium-sized Cities

With the increasing improvement of people’s living standards,the transformation of medical model and the continuous development of medical technology,the overall level of the original medical facilities is low,the buildings are old,the equipment is simple,the environment is crowded,and the layout is unreasonable.In addition to some newly-built general hospitals in recent years,most general hospitals in central areas of small and medium-sized cities can not adapt to the growth of medical demand,nor can they adapt to the development trend of new medical level and medical facilities.Most of them urgently need to reconstruct and expand the medical facilities,medical environment and medical services of the hospital.In addition,due to various problems such as construction cost and large demand for land,the renewal and transformation of the existing general hospitals in the central areas of small and medium-sized cities has become an effective way of hospital construction.However,in the practice of a large number of general hospitals,due to the lack of top-level planning and the lack of correct renewal and transformation ideas by hospital builders and designers,there are still many problems in the renewal and transformation of general hospitals in central areas of small and medium-sized cities.The resulting result is a serious waste of social resources and the diagnosis and treatment environment of the hospital has not been improved.Firstly,this paper systematically studies the development trend of general hospitals at home and abroad,and studies the internal space and streamline design of modern general hospitals;Then,the paper analyzes the scale of modern general hospitals,the changes of disease spectrum,the development of construction technology and the changes of people,materials and information flow in hospitals.On this basis,the paper puts forward the restrictive factors for the development of general hospitals in the central areas of small and medium-sized cities,and then puts forward the renewal and transformation principles of general hospitals in the central areas of small and mediumsized cities from the purpose of the transformation of general hospitals in the central areas of small and medium-sized cities,And the general layout of general hospitals in the central area of small and medium-sized cities and the ways and modes of architectural transformation of single hospitals;Finally,combined with an examplethe reconstruction and expansion process of a hospital in Shuyang County,this paper explores the reconstruction and expansion ideas and methods of general hospitals in central areas of small and medium-sized cities.Limited to my understanding and practical experience,this paper is intended to attract jade,please criticize and correct.
